Verstegen Bond DS 475G
Powdered product for sauces. Binding DS is deep-freeze proof and suitable for sterilisation processes and sous-vide preparations. Uses include maintaining the consistency of the sauce in sterilised tinned hash and goulash. Binding DS also ensures that the juices released by the meat in a sous-vide preparation are bonded and that the sauce does not become watery.
